Why we don’t start with classes
Most people over 40 don’t need harder workouts.
They need a smarter starting point.
Gyms and reformer classes move fast, assume experience, and rarely adapt to how your body actually feels day to day. That’s why so many people stop, not because they’re unmotivated, but because it never felt right.
Foundations exists to remove that gap.
It gives you coaching, clarity, and a plan that makes sense for your body now, not ten years ago.
How it works:

Your first session is a private, coached session focused on how you move.
We look at posture, mobility, strength, and any areas that feel stiff, sore, or uncertain. You’ll be guided through movements at your pace, with hands-on coaching and clear explanations.
No rushing. No pressure to keep up.
Your second session builds on what we learned in the first.
We introduce more structured Pilates movements, continue refining technique, and start identifying what your body responds to best. This is where most people start to feel more confident and less guarded in their movement.
From these sessions, we create a plan that suits your goals, schedule, and body.
This may include private sessions, small group Pilates, or a combination. The goal is simple: give you a way forward that feels sustainable and appropriate, not generic.
